Breakfast At The Lake

Yesterday morning I noticed a large contingent of birds at Little Washoe Lake taking advantage of the low water level to easily dine on a more exposed aquatic menu. There were herons, pelicans, ducks, killdeer and a few others I didn’t recognize, peacefully having breakfast together.  So this morning I was at the wetlands before the sun came up to enjoy the morning with them.  My used funky telephoto lens doesn’t yield the sharpest images but it got us a bit further into the dining room and breakfast at the lake. Click on any photo to enlarge it.  Thanks for stopping by.
