    • Thank you, Barbara. The blackbirds are brave and hold their territory. So our colorful friend didn’t mind being a model.
      I enjoyed stopping by your site and drinking in the rich colors of your artwork. Very lively.

      • Thank you, in return. I paint a lot of birds and insects, usually inside gardens. When I lived in Virginia the land was filled with Orioles, called Redwings in California but I’m not sure it’s the same bird. And Magpies. Your Blackbird is wonderful.
