Available Light- Little Washoe Lake

On the way through Washoe Valley tonight,  I stopped at Little Washoe Lake.   It was grey, darkness was approaching as well as some predicted rain.  Yet there was enough available light to creatively gather images with.  I used a telephoto lens rather than a wide angle.  Consequently not everything is in perfect focus but that somehow lends itself to the dreamy-time quality of dusk.

South end of Washoe Lake. Little Washoe and Washoe Lake are connected by wetlands and marshes. Bird heaven.

Thanks for taking some LIP from me,
